Letting go, watching your children create their adult lives, have their adult relationships, and parent their own children can be joyful…and also painful. Let’s talk about

• How to create and learn to accept new boundaries

• How to meet our own needs, especially the ones that our children once fulfilled

• How to deal with the inevitable feelings of loss, and find a new, healthy dynamic
