Join a group of supportive women who are navigating new relationships with the children they’ve loved and raised to adulthood.

Letting go, watching your children create their adult lives, have their adult relationships, and parent their own children can be joyful…and also painful.

Let’s talk about:

• How to set and honor new boundaries

• How to meet our own needs, especially the ones that our children once fulfilled

• Coming to terms with feelings of loss, while creating healthy new ways of being in relationship

This group is a safe container in which to be witnessed, a place to speak the truths that are sometimes hard to share with the people we love most.
